Whilst working in various positions in the area of Supply Chain as Manager and Director, he has gained integrated knowledge in regard to Customer Service, WH Management, Repair, Transport and various ERP/WMS/TMS system. In the past 15 years his focus has been Transport Management whereas he has built and lead multiple Regional Transport Management organizations and implemented multiple times TMS systems within European/Global organizations developing and implementing new transport set ups and delivering significant value add and ROI for his employers.

Knowledge: Transport Solution Design, Procurement, Carrier Management, Dangerous Goods, Transport Customer Service, TMS and Integration, Reporting, Distribution Operations.

Experience: Managing complex transport set ups, incl. teams in matrix organizations with glocal set up), building Private Distribution Networks for Wholesalers and 3PL's with up to > 50 sites, > 100 integrated carriers, >100 clients, > 50M shipments serving various Industries among which E-Commerce, Healthcare, Hightech, Telecom, FMCG, Repair with transports across the globe with all modes of transports involved including Dangerous Goods.

Specialty: Harmonization of set ups, creating (new) standards, covering all requirements and built/lead teams supporting this.
